Are you a strong communicator who’s passionate about helping kids thrive? Do you love connecting with people and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes? We’re looking for a mission-driven Enrollment Specialist to help bring life-changing mentorships to youth across Rhode Island.
As a key player on our team, you’ll guide volunteers, families, and youth through the enrollment and matching process—ensuring every connection is safe, thoughtful, and built to last. This role combines one-on-one interviews, outreach, data tracking, and community engagement to help spark life-changing relationships.

Title: Enrollment Specialist
Department: Program Team
Pay Range: 45-47K
Hours/Workdays: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm, occasional late nights and weekends.
Primary Location: BBBSRI Headquarters, hybrid position after 90 days.
Exempt or Non-Exempt: Non-exempt
