Out of hundreds of Matches (Mentor/Mentee Pairs or Big Couple) two are chosen by Big Brothers Big Sisters of RI each year to represent our one-on-one mentoring program throughout Rhode Island. The Matches of the Year are selected based on their deep engagement in our mission, their exceptional advocacy for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the significant positive impact both Mentor and Mentee have experienced.
