Director of Advancement

We’re seeking a Director of Advancement (DOA) to join the leadership team! This role leads all fundraising, marketing, communications, and community engagement efforts — helping grow our impact through strong donor relationships, events, and brand management.

Key Highlights:
•  Develop and lead fundraising and donor engagement strategies
•  Oversee marketing, communications, and digital presence
•  Manage events, community partnerships, and ambassador groups
•  Lead a small, dynamic team and collaborate across departments

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or CFRE preferred)
•  5–7+ years in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit management
•  Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills
