Advancement Specialist
Do you love bringing events to life and building strong relationships? Are you someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and making people feel appreciated? We’re looking for a dedicated Advancement Specialist to help grow and steward the supporters who make mentorship possible.
As part of our Advancement team, you’ll lead fundraising events, manage donor stewardship, and ensure sponsors and partners have a seamless experience with our organization. From coordinating Bowl for Kids’ Sake to supporting clothing drive partners through our Donation Center, you’ll handle the details that turn one-time supporters into long-term champions. This role combines logistics, relationship-building, and fundraising execution in a mission-driven environment.

Annual Giving & Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an Annual Giving & Operations Specialist to strengthen the engine behind our fundraising success.
In this role, you’ll manage our annual giving calendar, support recurring donor programs, oversee reporting and segmentation, and ensure our fundraising systems run smoothly. You’ll work closely with team members to align campaigns, track performance, and provide the data that guides smart decisions. This position blends strategy support, analytics, and operational leadership to ensure our mentorship programs remain financially strong.
