Jasmine Leon

Director of Program Growth and Impact (Bilingual)

Jasmine Leon began her non-profit journey with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island in January of 2018 as a Bilingual Match Support Specialist. Throughout the past 5 years, Jasmine has been able to experience various roles within the agency, from being a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to being promoted to Match Support and Enrollment Manager and now currently, Customer Relations and Enrollment Manager. Jasmine received her Bachelors of Science in Communicative Disorders from The University of Rhode Island in 2015.

Since joining BBBSRI, Jasmine has supported the growth and relationships between Matches and provided holistic case management to families in the program. She has also enrolled children to become Littles, enrolled and trained mentors to become Bigs and alongside the Enrollment Team, has created successful Matches between Bigs and Littles. Jasmine is trained and certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid and Youth Protection.

Her passion for supporting and helping youth started from an early age and led her to the work she does now within the community. Jasmine has been in the social services field for over 10 years. Prior to working with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Jasmine worked with the adult population serving as a case manager at The Providence Center.

Jasmine resides in Rhode Island with her husband Jeison and their two sons, Jacob and Julian. They enjoy spending time outdoors, gathering with family and friends, having family game nights and movie nights!
