Enrollment Specialist
Every mentoring match starts here. The Enrollment Specialist interviews the adults who want to mentor, meets with the families and young people who want a mentor, and makes the call on who belongs together. You will run background checks, follow up on references, walk families through child safety education, and facilitate the match meeting where two people meet for the first time.
It is careful work. The people you enroll are trusting us with their kids, and the matches you make can last for years.

- Hours/Workdays: Monday–Friday schedule, required to work three late nights per week and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Site Attendant (Cranston)

- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9 AM-5PM

Administrative Coordinator
We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across our Advancement, Operations, and HR teams. This full-time position focuses on donor database administration in Bloomerang, reporting, and general organizational coordination, the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps a small nonprofit running smoothly. $21 to $23 per hour starting salary.
