Site Attendant (Cranston)

Join our Donation Center team and help make a difference in the lives of Rhode Island youth! As a Site Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for donors at one of our donation drop-off locations. You’ll greet customers, receive donations, maintain a clean and organized site, assist with loading and unloading items, and help ensure safe, efficient daily operations. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing excellent service, and supporting the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island through our social enterprise.
Position Details:
  • Department: Donation Center
  • Pay: $16.00/hour
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM-5PM

This position leads the coordination and day-to-day management of youth programs, helping ensure students are safe, engaged, and thriving in a positive environment. 

Pay Range: $49,000–52,000
Hours/Workdays: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Some Saturdays and Late Nights
